Today I had my two week appointment. I'm down........ ready???... THIRTY POUNDS!!! Yeah!!! Also, I get to advance to all liquids, not just boring old broth. I'm so excited. I just ate some soupy mashed potatoes and they were like Heaven. Now for the comparison. The first picture is from last week, the second from today. See a difference?
